The government's support programs for agrarians provide access to credit resources and technical renewal of farms and local authorities must be ready to fulfill program tasks and meet the needs of agricultural producers.

This was said by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reports.
He stressed that access to capital now is one of the cornerstones of real sector development. In addition, providing entrepreneurship with cheap and long money is the benchmark that needs to be achieved through, among other things, legislative changes and the provision of more reliable guarantees.

In this context Volodymyr Hroisman recalled that in the draft budget for 2018, the government was laying such mechanisms, and agrarians should be ready to participate in support programs.
We are talking about compensation programs for a part of the cost of agricultural machinery, credit compensation programs, as well as the possibility of lending to build livestock complexes on preferential terms.

"Take credit resources, build, buy your own (domestic equipment), create new jobs," says the head of government.
Thus, the draft state budget for 2018 provides for the financing of several agricultural programs at a total amount of 7,3 billion UAH.

In particular, 1 billion UAH is pawned on the program of compensation of a part of the cost of agricultural machinery produced in Ukraine. Also, 1 billion UAH is laid on the program of assistance to farmers, primarily the livestock sector.
