The Verkhovna Rada changed the rules of work of LLC and ALC

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Limited Liability  and Additional Liability Companies".

This is reported by the press service of the VR.

This bill was supported by 285 people's deputies.

The law defines the legal status of limited liability companies and societies with additional responsibilities, the procedure for their creation, activities and termination, the rights and duties of their participants.

The legal status of limited liability companies and societies with additional responsibilities in the fields of insurance and investment activities, in the production of agricultural products, as well as in other areas of activity, the procedure for their creation, activities and termination is regulated by this Law, taking into account the specifics provided for by special laws.

Management of limited liability companies and societies with additional responsibilities in the authorized capitals of which the share of the state or local governments is regulated by this Law, taking into account the specifics provided for by special laws.

According to the Law, "members of society who have not fully contributed, bear joint responsibility for its obligations within the cost of an unauthorized part of the contribution of each of the participants."

The law establishes the rights and obligations of the company's participants, a corporate contract, an irrevocable power of attorney from corporate rights, the conditions for the establishment of a company, determines the company's charter, the company's preferential right, the specifics of foreclosure to a share of a company member, etc.

The law was adopted with technical and legal amendments.

The draft Law is registered under No. 4666.

It bears reminding that in the Verkhovna Rada registered bill number 7420, designed to protect the domestic producer from global competition, as well as stabilize prices on the domestic food market in Ukraine.
