As the chief specialist of the Civil Protection Department of the Zhitomir Regional State Administration Mykola Minchuk said, a study was conducted in Zhytomyr State Laboratory of Veterinary Medicine to identify the causative agents of rabies. Suspicions were confirmed. The animal is terminated. According to the expert, now anti-epizootic measures are being carried out.
