Compartmentalization is a guarantee of the company's operation even in the conditions of ASF. This mechanism will allow to resolve the situation with the ban on the export of Ukrainian pork and support domestic producers. In world practice the procedure of compartmentalization has long been implemented. In Ukraine its implementation is blocked by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

The event was held on the initiative of the Office of the National Investment Council under the President of Ukraine to identify key priorities for improving the investment climate and attract investments in the agricultural sector.
The discussion about the ban on the sale of domestic meat has received wide publicity. The changes proposed by the Verkhovna Rada in the legislation may deprive the peasants of selling produced meat products if the animal was not slaughtered in certified slaughter houses. However, in fact, there are almost no such points in Ukraine. The proposed legislative changes still contain a number of controversial points, according to which the peasants will not lose their only source of profit.
The chairman of the Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association Iryna Palamar together with the People's Deputy of Ukraine Viktor Krivenko spoke at a briefing in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, where she noted the need for a detailed revision of the Procedure for using livestock resources, which, in the current version, is not aimed at protecting the interests of agricultural producers, but, on the contrary, is aimed at their liquidation.
