Minister of Finance Oleksandr Danyliuk will organize a meeting at which the chairman of the USBA Iryna Palamar will defend the rights of producers because of the blocking of tax bills

The key topic of the meeting will be the situation around the blocking of tax bills that arose in connection with the introduction of an automatic system for the registration of tax bills from July 1, 2017. Due to the imperfection of assessing the risk criteria for the automatic registration of tax bills for today, over 500 thousand tax invoices have been blocked across Ukraine! This problem was not circumvented by agricultural enterprises and enterprises closely connected with the agrarian sector.

A few hours before the meeting, Iryna Palamar already discussed this issue with First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine-Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Kubiv S., sincerely imbued with the problems of producers and fully supported the position of the Association in this matter. He promised that the problem would be solved in the near future.

As the USBA has repeatedly noted, the main problem why blocking of tax invoices occurs is that the experts of the Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association consider the evaluation system to be imperfect. Criteria for assessing the degree of risks sufficient to stop the registration of a tax invoice, led by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 567 of June 13, 2017 "On Approval of Criteria assessment of the degree of risks sufficient to stop the registration of the tax invoice / calculation of the adjustment in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, and an exhaustive list of docs ENTOV sufficient for a decision on the registration of the tax bill / calculation adjustments ", with the final changes from 11.09.2017 year.

This was said today by the USBA experts and experts of manufacturing companies at a press conference organized by the Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association and held in the UNIAN information agency on the topic "Blocking tax bills - this is the destruction of respectable producers."

In addition, in connection with this situation, the USBA has already sent an official appeal about the problem and request to cancel the above-mentioned order to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Parubii A., Prime Minister of Ukraine Hroisman V., First Deputy Prime Minister of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Kubiv S., Minister of Finance of Ukraine Danyliuk O., acting Chairman of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Prodan M., as well as the USBA sent to the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appeals and suggestions on improving the tax registration system, which are scheduled consideration of the bill (on agricultural policy, tax and customs policy, the budget).
