Meat of domestic production is the most popular among Ukrainian consumers. This is stated by the results of a survey conducted by UNN.
The overwhelming majority of respondents said that they pay attention to the appearance of the goods and the availability of information about the manufacturer. At the same time, some respondents complained about the lack of a label of the enterprise producing the goods.
In general, the respondents prefer Ukrainian meat, including chicken, because it is environmentally friendly and cheaper than foreign.
Ukrainians believe that the domestic chicken can feed the world.
It bears reminding that according to the UN forecasts, by 2050 the world's population should reach 10 billion. In order to feed an additional 2 billion people, production should be increased by at least 50%.
