The expert noted that six months ago, in November 2017, the leader of the rating with seven points was the Donetsk region. There were high prices for rye bread, flour, buckwheat, sunflower oil, sour cream, soft fatty cheese and carrots.

"As you can see, today the Donetsk region has much better indicators than six months ago. As for Zakarpattia, the reasons for the growth in the value of products exist, as the average salary in the region is growing rapidly. But this is a temporary phenomenon, because unlike other regions where retail outlets disappear, which is a sign of a decline in the purchasing power of the population, many new ones are opening in Zakarpattia. Including where shops did not work for many years. This clearly indicates that in the near future due to competition the situation will improve,"- Oleksii Doroshenko, the director of the Association of suppliers of trade networks said.
