The Office of the National Investment Council in Ukraine is working on proposals for the development of cooperation, made by Iryna Palamar, head of the Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association (the USBA) and a public figure, as part of the discussion of the Roadmap for Improving the Investment Climate in Agriculture.
