The Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association approves such effective steps of the government regarding the development of specific mechanisms for exporting products, because one of the key tasks of the USBA is to help establish export markets for agricultural producers, and the Association is particularly active in this direction today.
In January-February of 2018 the foreign trade turnover of the agro-industrial complex amounted to $3.7 billion, $2.8 billion of which is accounted for the export of Ukrainian agrarian and food products. In 2017 Ukraine has practically restored the volume of foreign trade turnover with the European Union in the agri-food group of goods, compared to the pre-crisis 2013: it amounted to $ 7.66 billion, compared to $ 7.56 billion in 2013.
