The first meeting of the working group under the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations, which is developing the so-called "anti-raider" draft law (the draft Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Property Rights of Owners and Users of Land Plots, Prevention of Unlawful Acquisition and Seizure of Enterprises in the Agrarian Sector of the Economy) was held on September 26.
Within a few weeks, the parliament together with the government will develop and submit an anti-raider bill within the framework of a working group under the CMU.
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations considered a draft law aimed at combating systemic corruption in the land sector, and at the same time developing farming in Ukraine.
On September 15, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the draft Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2018" was presented, which took into account the proposals of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine regarding the support of the agrarian sector for the next year.
On September 13, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution that amends certain legislative acts of Ukraine to harmonize them with the Law on Standardization, which the Verkhovna Rada adopted on February, 2016.
