The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) added 19 producers to the list of domestic enterprises, agricultural machinery of which will be partially compensated to agrarians from the state budget. The list of enterprises is expanded to 116, biz.nv.ua reported.
On March 21, in Rivne region, another practical seminar was held within the framework of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy's explanatory campaign on government support programs for 2018. The event was held with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Viktor Sheremeta, representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, Rivne Regional State Administration, united territorial communities, heads of farms and cooperatives, agricultural producers.
The government defined the farming as the most optimal form of agricultural development and the main priority of state support, providing in the state budget for 2018 1 billion UAH to support farmers.
In Ukraine, last year, the affected by ASF (African swine fever) farmers were paid about 5.8 million UAH compensation. However, another 9.6 million UAH have not been paid yet. This in response to the request was reported by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
In 2017, Ukrainian agrarians purchased 2.906 thousand units of domestic agricultural machinery that are subject to state compensation, the total amount of payments under the program of financial support of agricultural producers was 134 056 000 UAH.
More than 2 million UAH of return assistance was allocated by the deputies of the Chernivtsi Regional Council to the farm in the village of Dovzhok, Novoselytskyi district.
More than 700 thousand UAH should be received by entrepreneurs who suffered from an outbreak of African swine fever. Funds are allocated from budgetary reserves.
October 25, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution that amends the procedure for partial compensation of the value of agricultural machinery and equipment of Ukrainian production.
