More than 20,000 pigs must be disposed due to the ASF at one of the farm of the village of Dragaline. The media reported that the carcasses there would not be burned, but buried on the territory of the enterprise. As a result, local residents fear that this could lead to water contamination in the zone. "The government is flexible enough and mobile and responds promptly to industry requests. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy, in close cooperation with the Association of Farmers and Private Landowners, and public organizations have developed changes that significantly reduce the list of documents and requirements for potential recipients of financial support, and also expand preferences for farmers and cooperatives," the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Maksym Martyniuk commented.

World demand for milk will continue to grow

"Demand for dairy products will grow faster than supply. IT solutions for greater awareness will serve the dairy industry to determine the growth potential of the sector," IFCN Managing Director Torsten Hemme said.
