The eastern regions of Ukraine suffered most from the trade aggression of the Russian Federation. Therefore, it is important to work to ensure that the region's enterprises are actively reoriented to other markets, since strong exports are the guarantee of economic growth throughout the country.
This was said by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine - Ukraine's trade representative Nataliia Mykolska.
So, on November 21, in the city of Zaporozhye, a meeting of the Export Promotion Council was held, and also organized by the Export Promotion Office Educational seminar for exporters.
Issues of VAT refund, procedure for obtaining permits, tariff and non-tariff regulation, protection of the domestic market from growing imports, existing instruments for entering foreign markets, opportunities for diversifying exports of goods produced in the Zaporizhzhia region were discussed at the meeting of the Council.
As part of her trip to Zaporizhzhia, Nataliia Mykolska and her colleagues visited important export enterprises.
The export of goods from the Zaporizhzhia region for 9 months of 2017 was $ 2.1 billion, which is 27.7% more than in the 9 months of 2016.
