Land was taken away from Ternopil tenants

The area of more than 83 hectares, which is located on the territory of the former sugar factory, returned to the state. Such a decision was made by the Economic Court of Ternopil region.

The regional prosecutor's office explained that the reason for the claim was a systematic default by the tenant - the economic company "Ustream", for the use of land and the failure to fulfill the terms of the contract.

For today, the court's decision has been fully implemented. Land worth more than 152 million UAH was returned to the Ternopil regional state administration.
