Experts of the Center of Expertise "TEST" conducted a study of 7 samples of pasteurized milk of domestic production, UNN reported with reference to the "TEST" study.

Such brands of milk as "Bila liniia”, “Prostokvashyno”, “Ferma”, “Iahotynske”, “Khutorok”, “Kozhen den”, “Voloshkove pole" were selected for testing. Experts checked milk for quality and safety.

The specialists also tasted the products and studied the marking and packaging.

It is reported that a laboratory study of milk was carried out according to physico-chemical and microbiological indicators.

In particular, there were no comments on any of the 7 samples on the physicochemical parameters.

"In all tested milk the fat content corresponded to the value indicated on the label (2.5 or 2.6%), while all fat was dairy, without any vegetable impurities," is said in the report.

According to microbiological indicators, only one sample of milk ("Kozhen den") was found to be in violation of the "MAFAM" and "E. coli" indicators. This indicates a lack of proper sanitation in the production of the product, as well as of improper storage conditions, the researchers said.

It is also noted that there were no comments to the information design of milk. However, estimates of "satisfactory" received three milk samples - "Voloshkove pole", "Khutorok" and "Kozhen den" for a soft, not very convenient packaging.

At the same time, none of the 7 samples showed any antibiotic content, the Center for Expertise "TEST" added.

It bears reminding that earlier in a foreign edition of The Independent there was a material about the Ukrainian milk. The authors of the publication claim that in our milk the radiation level is five times higher.
