It bears reminding that the Commission for the consideration of complaints in the field of state registration canceled the registrar's decision and returned 35% of the farm "Niva-2010" to the co-owners – the Trybynenko family that was illegally excluded from the list of founders.
According to Sukmanova, the sense of the commission's work is that the victims could restore their rights within a month.
In 2017, the Commission for the consideration of complaints in the field of state registration granted 441 complaints. Of these, there are 183 land complaints, 195 real estate complaints, 63 registration of legal entities complaints, individual entrepreneurs. The ownership of 4698 land plots with a total area of 4,929 hectares has been returned, she has said.
The Deputy Minister added that every conclusion of the Commission has an absolutely clear legal position.
