Distribution of subsidies was carried out in accordance with the Procedure for the allocation of funds approved by the CMU, according to which poultry farmers were allowed to receive 50% of 4 billion UAH.

"I note that prices for livestock products have not decreased, but on the contrary grew: chicken rose in price by 28%, veal by 33%, eggs by 24%, milk by 21%," says the expert. Through the formula for calculating the subsidies of enterprises that deal with both crop production and livestock farming (and this, as a rule, all medium and small farmers), have not received funds. Almost half of the total amount of subsidies was received by two large agro-holdings.
