In Canada electronic export certificates for plant, animal and food products are introduced. This is stated in the message of the Canadian Agency for Food Inspection (CFIA), the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

Automation of export processes and certificates will be carried out in stages during 2018-2020. At the same time, the transition to electronic certification remains the ability to sign certificates in paper form or a new electronic signature.

In addition, CFIA has developed a new function that will be available through the "My CFIA" website, which will allow international trade partners to view and authenticate Canadian online certificates.

Detailed information on the link.
