In Ukraine, the bread price will increase monthly in the range of 1.7-2% and within a year its cost will grow by 20-26%.

"Concerning bread and bakery products, within a year they will rise in price by 20-26%. The cost of bread will grow gradually - monthly within the limits of 1.7-2%. Although the main price increase will occur in three stages," says the expert.
The main reasons for the rise in price of bakery products are external and internal factors.
"In particular, the export of grain. Its price depends on foreign markets. Accordingly, no one will sell the domestic market cheaper than the external one. The second factor is wages, energy and transportation. Even if we collect 80 million tons of bread next year, 2018 bakery products will still rise in price."
