23 cells of dangerous animal diseases recorded in the world

The World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), based on reports from countries around the world, recorded 23 cells of dangerous diseases (from 14 to 20 October).

Three outbreaks of the African plague happened in Russia, two in Ukraine and one in Latvia. 13 outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza were found in the veterinary services of the South African Republic. The focus of Newcastle disease was recorded in Sweden. Greece also reported the discovery of West Nile fever, the Netherlands - about low pathogenic avian influenza, and Namibia - about anthrax.
