In this plenary week, three important agrarian bills are presented for consideration in the session hall - these are No. 4638, No. 6673 and No. 4455.
This was written by the deputy chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations in the VR Oleksandr Bakumenko on his Facebook page.
In particular, the draft law No. 4638 proposes to supplement Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Use of Defense Lands" with a new part, according to which the defense lands intended for deployment and permanent operation of military units, institutions, military educational institutions, enterprises and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine can be used for the placement of communications, navigation and surveillance (radio-technical support) belonging to units of the united civil-military system of air traffic management of Ukraine.
The bill No. 6673 improves the existing phytosanitary procedures, creates conditions for effective work of the State Food Consumption Service, and also ensures the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation in the field of plant quarantine with the European one, which is stipulated in Chapter IV (Sanitary and phytosanitary measures) of Section IV "Trade and trade-related" Agreements on the association between Ukraine and the EU.
"Separately appealed to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada to include in the schedule of plenary sessions for the next session of Bill No. 6606.
