Chairman of the Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association of Ukraine Iryna Palamar, specialists and members of the Association took part in the protest action. Shortly before that, they held a press conference on this issue in the UNIAN information agency.

Under the slogans "Stop plundering our enterprises", "Blocking tax invoices - this is a diversion against the economy", "Down with the corruption tax" participants of the rally and demanded from the government to revise the mechanism for blocking tax bills, which was introduced as if for good intentions - the fight against the shadow business , but which in practice has become a technology to destroy a virtuous business. After all, tens of thousands of good producers got into the lock, among them there are agrarians, who give 14% of the country's gross domestic product and 41% of Ukrainian exports.

At the rally, a representative of the production enterprise - a member of the Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association, Oksana Salko expressed the position of producers. "Today we have a genocide of business," the speaker said. - Instead of supporting the producers, giving them the opportunity to develop and develop the state, they simply destroy us. Today we are faced with the fact that all tax invoices are blocked. To solve this problem in the legal field, we are forced to constantly send to the SFS a number of documents that they require. This is the tone of the paper, and the accounting department is engaged in the fact that it scans, prints and submits these documents. At the same time, the SFS system itself can not accept such volumes of information and blocks it. The criteria by which tax invoices are blocked are also inadequate and not logical. For example, if the "white" manufacturer at the input purchases raw materials, and at the output has finished products, then it automatically becomes risky. Those who worked before in the shadow schemes continue to work unhindered. That is, everything is done in order to destroy those producers who are trying to somehow raise our country - they work legally, pay taxes, create workers of the month ... Moreover, the bills that the authorities are proposing today to improve the situation, on In fact, they do not solve the problem and is only an imitation. It is necessary to abolish the current regulation with respect to tax invoices, or at least to amend the criteria that apply to their registration. "

The protesters laid down their demands in a resolution that will be submitted to the Committee on Tax and Customs Policy of the Verkhovna Rada, as well as to the Cabinet of Ministers.
