In addition, Israel is extremely active in implementing projects to introduce dual education for industry representatives, the introduction of new technologies and so on. All areas of work give concrete results, and the training program "MASHAV" in Ukraine is probably known to almost all farmers. For his part, Mr. Yuval Fuchs noted that Ukraine today had become the number one country for the MASHAV Agency in providing assistance for the development, management, implementation of projects for the development of the agricultural sector, as well as in attracting Ukrainian specialists to courses of professional development in various industry areas. He added that next year it was planned to expand training directions for industry specialists, increase the number of places for training and continue attracting Ukrainian specialists to these programs.

In addition, the parties noted the success of the program "Ukrainian project of business development of fruit and vegetable growing", which was founded in 2014 and is being realized in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. The project implementation partner is the MASHAV Center for International Cooperation of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the executor is the Mennonite Economic Development Association "MEDA".
