In the near future, Ukraine and Israel will sign an agreement on a free trade zone. This was stated during a government meeting by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroysman, АgroРolit.com reports.
After long negotiations, today there will be a corresponding statement by the government on an agreement on signing an agreement on a free trade zone between Ukraine and Israel, " says the head of government.
He noted that the talks on the free trade zone with Israel last year held four rounds and the governments reached certain agreements.
According to Hroisman, the signing of the document is expected in the near future.
Perhaps the Prime Minister of Israel will find an opportunity to visit Ukraine to sign the agreement. We are still coordinating these issues with our international colleagues, " adds the Prime Minister.
In turn, Ukraine's trade representative - Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Nataliia Mykolska noted that the negotiations were completed on Wednesday at 9 am.
It should be noted that negotiations on the signing of the agreement on the free trade zone between Ukraine and Israel began in 2015.
