Two clandestine dairy plants were exposed in Kherson region

This is reported by the press service of the SFS in the Kherson region.
In one of the regional centers of the Kherson region, inventive entrepreneurs organized a massive purchase of milk from citizens. From the purchased raw materials, the businessmen made cheese and butter. For the production, halls served as the premises of the former livestock farms. The entrepreneurs did not deal with any sanitary and hygienic standards. Accordingly, the products were manufactured in conditions of unsanitary conditions. That the goods were in demand among consumers it was masked under the known trade mark. Realized dairy products for cash in the territory of Kherson and other areas.
Based on the results of the audit, tax police officers compiled two protocols on an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for the implementation of economic activities).
Equipment, raw materials and finished goods with an estimated value of 550 thousand UAH were withdrawn before the decision on the case was taken.
