In order to improve the quality of milk, the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Luhansk Regional State Administration has developed a regional program for the reimbursement of the value of milking machines for the private sector.
By 2020, it is planned to reimburse 3.4 million UAH from the regional budget.
In addition, in 2018, it is planned to create three serving cooperatives for the procurement of the "cold chain", which will improve the quality of milk.
Funding will be done in part through the international organization FAO. Also, in the state budget for 2018, 1 billion UAH was laid for the development of farming and cooperation, that is, in part, this money can be used to create this chain.
