In Ukraine there is no enterprise for utilization of agrochemicals. This was announced by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Ostap Semerak during the conference "New Waste Management Policy - the Way to a Cyclic Economy" dedicated to the implementation of the National Waste Management Strategy until 2030, RBC-Ukraine reported.
"Unfortunately, in Ukraine there is no enterprise that can properly dispose of pesticides, agrochemicals," the minister said. Ostap Semerak stressed that this situation harms both citizens and business. "Citizens suffer from this, business and a large agricultural sector suffer from this, which is dependent on agrochemicals," the minister noted.
