The State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre summed up the interim results of the process of transferring state agricultural land to communal property of united territorial communities, initiated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in February, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy reported.
Owners of land plots of all forms of ownership have the right to exchange them within the same land mass, and land plots under a forest belt can be transferred for permanent use or for rent.
