In particular, the draft law determines the system of rights and obligations of the subjects of the market of organic products, in particular, market operators, certification bodies. Therefore, the provisions of the document regulate the requirements for the production, labeling and circulation of organic products, clearly established the basic principles of the procedure for certification of organic production with detail by industry.
