Rivne region suspects Belarus of smuggling sick pigs abroad

Owners of pigs, in order to avoid losses, are likely to sell, hide and export animals to Ukraine. This information was announced by the press service of the Rivne regional state administration with reference to the data of the Lutsk border detachment of the Northern Regional Department of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

 

Therefore, the Rivne Regional Administration appeals to the population with a request not to buy pigs without appropriate documents to prevent the import of sick animals to Ukraine.
