As of June 12, 2018 in Ukraine a new case of African swine fever was recorded. This was reported by the press service of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, according to pigua.info.
So diseases and death of pigs were registered in the private farm household in the Kalynivka village (Bakhmutskyi district, Donetsk region).
In the study of selected biomaterial samples, the DNA of the ASF virus was found in the laboratory.
In the center of the disease, measures are taken to localize and prevent the spread of the causative agent of the disease.
