In Ukraine 57% of milk production is in the shade. This was reported by the chairman of the Office of Effective Regulation (BRDO) Oleksii Honcharuk on his Facebook page, agroportal.ua reported.
"57% of milk production is in the shade. Every year the milk market loses 2-3% of production, and the number of dairy livestock in the last 5 years decreased by 17%," the expert stated.
According to him, the reason lies in the stupid regulation embodied in the law "On milk and dairy products" that contains a lot of collisions and additional barriers to business.
