The main task of civil service reform is to bring new people into power, new people who are capable of changes and conscientious service to the state.
This was discussed during the international conference "Public Administration Reform: Realizing the Assessment of the State of Affairs, Achievements and Challenges" with the participation of Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Vladyslav Andronov, People's Deputies of Ukraine, representatives of the Supreme Council Committee Ukraine on issues of state construction, regional policy and local self-government, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Office of Reform of the Cabinet of Ministers Ukraine, European Union on the European Neighborhood Policy and enlargement, European experts, representatives of state organizations.
During the event, they were informed about the stages of implementing the reform of public administration in Ukraine. They were also informed about the support of the state administration in Ukraine from the European Union.
It was noted about the state reform of the ten pilot ministries, including the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, in particular, the procedure for recruiting staff and providing administrative services.
