In Poland a number of social food products are more expensive than in Ukraine, UNN reported.
In particular, the loaf of white bread in Poland costs 2.8 PLN (18 UAH), in Ukraine - 8.5 UAH.
A kilogram of cheese will cost the Pole 9.9 PLN (72 UAH), the Ukrainian - 64 UAH.
Potatoes cost the Pole 0.75 PLN (5.5 UAH) per kilogram, the Ukrainian - 3.4 UAH.
Eggs in Poland also cost more. In particular, the cost of 12 eggs in Poland cost 7.1 PLN (51.4 UAH), in Ukraine - 27.3 UAH.
At the same time, the cost of fruits, in particular bananas and oranges, in Ukraine is slightly lower than in Poland. The Ukrainian will pay 13.5 UAH for 1 kg of bananas and for 1 kg of oranges - 13.8 UAH. At the same time, the cost of 1 kg of bananas in Poland is 1.9 PLN (13.9 UAH), 1 kg of oranges is 2.05 PLN (14.7 UAH).
A fairly significant difference is in the cost of meat. The Pole will pay 7 PLN (50 UAH) for a kilogram of chicken breast, Ukrainian - 35 UAH.
The cost of beef in Poland is also higher than in Ukraine. A kilogram of this type of meat will cost the Pole 14.3 PLN (103 UAH), the Ukrainian - 51 UAH.
