The index of agricultural products grew in 13 regions

The agricultural output index in January-February 2018, compared with the same period last year, is 99.7%. This is stated in the express release of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, AgroRolit.com reports.

According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine the agricultural production index for 2 months in 2018 increased, corresponding to the same period last year by 2.1%.

The index of production of households of the population for the reporting period is 3% lower than in January-February 2017.

According to the data, in the regional context the lowest agricultural production index of farms of all categories was recorded in Luhansk region - 86.8%, Khmelnytskyi - 90.6% and Cherkasy - 93.3%.

At the same time, in 13 regions of Ukraine the agricultural production index has increased. Most of all - in the Kyiv (7%), Kherson (6.9%) and Vinnitsa (5.1%).
