The government made changes to the program of partial compensation of the cost of agricultural machinery

As is known, on March 1 the Government decided to use budget funds to partially compensate agricultural producers for the value of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment (Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 130 of 01.03.2017). The corresponding decision of the government aimed at supporting Ukrainian agricultural producers, which will be able to purchase equipment and equipment cheaper, and update their technical park, which will increase the purchasing power of our farmers and stimulate the machine-building industry and other industries that produce this equipment at Ukrainian enterprises.

"The principal difference of this compensation program from those that operated until 2011 was the preservation of market relations. The decision to purchase machinery (and, accordingly, to stimulate production) is taken by the buyer. Therefore, the principle "money goes to the client" works.

Therefore, today we have set the requirements for manufacturers to annually confirm compliance with the criteria of their equipment and equipment. And they also extended the deadlines so that more companies could join the program. The wider the choice will be for the farmer, the better, " comments First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv.

A government decree has been adopted to change the deadline for applications by agricultural producers and equipment manufacturers to include in the list of equipment, the cost of which will be compensated. The deadline for applications for inclusion in the list in 2017 was extended until November 17. In subsequent years, applications for inclusion in the list will be submitted before October 31.

In addition, now the enterprises producing agricultural machinery and equipment will be required to annually confirm the conformity of machinery and equipment to the established criteria. The resolution also determines the share of labor costs in the cost of production for business entities that apply a simplified taxation, accounting and reporting system of 8%.
