The agreement on the free trade area between Ukraine and the EU has been in effect for over a year and this year the growth of the export of Ukrainian goods to the EU markets has reached more than 10%.

This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman, reports UNN.

"Ukraine is developing rapidly and this year we will have more than 2% of economic growth and next year we expect growth above 3%. Undoubtedly, today we are focused on a rather sharp increase in economic growth in our country, " says he.

The head of the Ukrainian government noted that for this purpose the government of Ukraine continues structural reforms and changes.

"As you know the state is the fourth year in quite global processes of reforms and changes, and certainly in the long term we will ensure sustainable development and growth. Since September, 1st the Association with EU has come into effect. For more than a year, an agreement has been in place on the FTA with the EU and for this year, we have increased the export of Ukrainian goods to the EU markets by more than 10%, and the share of exports to Europe is already 40%, " says he.
Volodymyr Hroisman added that such goals require a clear focus on investment in infrastructure.

"For several years now we are focused on improving the infrastructure of our state," adds the head of government.
