As of July 9, 2018 a new case of African swine fever was recorded in Ukraine. This is reported by the press service of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
Thus, in the PJSC "Myrohoshchanskyi Agrariy" (formerly the state enterprise "Myrohoshchanskyi Ippodrome") (Kostianets village, Dubenskyi district) diseases and death of pigs are registered.
In the study of selected biomaterial samples, the DNA of the ASF virus was found in the laboratory.
In the hearth of the disease, measures are taken to localize and prevent the spread of the ASF pathogen.
