Agrarians have already purchased 953 units of machinery and equipment under the state program

Over the period of December 2017 and January-April 2018, under the budget program "Financial Support for Agricultural Producers" in the direction of "Partial Compensation for the Value of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment of Domestic Production", agrarians purchased 953 units of machinery and equipment for a total cost of 354.6 million UAH (including VAT). 674 agricultural producers in the amount of 70.7 million UAH received compensation from the state. The Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association received such information from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy as of June 12, 2018 №37-13-15/15296.

So, funds are provided for a total of 945 million UAH under the budget program "Financial support of agricultural producers" in the direction of "Partial compensation of the cost of agricultural machinery and equipment of domestic production" for 2018.

Agrarians, who have not yet used this program, can still receive compensation within a year.

In 2018 partial compensation is granted to agricultural producers in the following amounts:

- 20% of the cost (excluding VAT) - for purchased machinery and equipment in December 2017;

- 25% of the cost (excluding VAT) - for purchased machinery and equipment since January 1, 2018.

Partial compensation is granted to agricultural producers on an irretrievable basis for purchased machinery and equipment, the cost of which is defined in the acceptance and transfer acts and other documents confirming payment through a state bank or bank in authorized capital of which 75% or more of the shares belong to the state (Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Ukreximbank).

Details of the program for compensation of machinery and equipment for agricultural producers are defined in the Procedure for the use of funds provided for in the state budget for partial compensation of the value of agricultural machinery and equipment of domestic production approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 1, 2017 No. 130 (as amended and supplemented by decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 19, 2017 № 532, of 10/25/2017 № 832, of 07.02.2018 № 86).
