Pig breeders from regions that are in the quarantine zone continue to breed pigs, but admit that they are psychologically exhausted.

Farmers fear that in case of an outbreak of disease, they will lose their income and, most likely, will go bankrupt. While some in recent years have continuously expanded and modernized production.

Pig breeders follow the rules of biosafety. Within the group of producers, pig producers buy disinfectants and rugs at lower prices, and some small farms are offered to purchase special funds on credit.

Representatives of agrarians agree that to a large extent people are to blame for the spread of ASF. However, this does not change the fact that boars are still the greatest threat. Farmers express the opinion that boars are practically not shot: the reports of hunters contain more than modest figures, and in some clubs there is still a ban on shooting.
