Within a few weeks, the parliament together with the government will develop and submit an anti-raider bill within the framework of a working group under the CMU.

This was reported by the deputy chairman of the agrarian committee, People's Deputy (BPP) Oleksandr Bakumenko.
It bears reminding that on September 4, 2017 in the government created a permanent working group on the provision of concerted actions aimed at protecting the property rights of land owners and tenants. The working group included deputies, public organizations and state bodies. It was created on the model of the old Interdepartmental Commission on the Protection of Investors' Rights, Counteracting Illegal Acquisition and Seizure of Enterprises Formed by Resolution No. 257 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on February 21, 2007. In addition, the Agricultural Committee showed a draft plan to combat raiding in Ukraine.

Oleksandr Bakumenko told the details of the project:

A working group of 44 participants is working to develop an anti-treasure committee, which includes the Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko, deputies and other market participants. Already there are developments on this bill and its draft will be considered at the meeting of this working group on September 26. All people's deputies are invited to participate in order to make this bill in a couple of weeks. Then we agreed with the prime minister and the chairman of the parliament to hold a joint meeting and further - the "green corridor".

As explained in the comment AgroPolit.com member of the Parliamentary Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations, People’s Deputy ("Samopomich”) Ivan Miroshnichenko, the draft law will solve three main problems: 1) illegal seizure of agricultural land; 2) absorption of agricultural enterprises by appropriation of corporate rights and falsification of information in state registers; 3) the problem of seizing directly the property of agricultural enterprises.

Earlier Miroshnichenko reported that among the main novels of this document there was also the transfer to the State Register of Rights of the State Land Cadastre of information on state registration of land rights that was held until 2013, as well as the improvement of the registration of land rights in order to prevent double registration.
