1 billion UAH is planned to be spend on the development of farms, and to compensate for the interest rate in the construction of new livestock complexes 22.3 billion UAH will be provided.

This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman. It bears reminding that in support of the agricultural sector in 2018, the government is planning to send 7.3 billion UAH.

Under the previous government, we approved a program for the development of farms and we expect 1 billion UAH of direct funds under the full supervision of the Association of Farmers so that every UAH out of this billion will go directly to the farm, he has said.
Also according to Hroisman, the Government is planning to create conditions for increasing the number of cattle and pigs.

We need more meat in the country ... We will compensate from these 22.3 billion UAH the interest rate on the construction of new livestock complexes in the country. New farms, new livestock complexes, new dairy complexes. This will allow us to saturate the Ukrainian market with high-quality meat, quality milk, and increase the number of animals, and this, in particular, will allow us to reduce domestic prices for these products, Hroisman has said.
